Donato Cremonesi, CEO of Factory Communication has been selected as a member of the jury of the Fifth Edition of the AIF Award, inspired by the figure of Adriano Olivetti.
AIF is the Italian Association of Trainers.
It is a nonprofit organization, founded in 1975, whose members include more than 2,000 consultants and business executives throughout Italy, professionals in training, organizational strategies, and Person’s learning and development processes.
Now in its Fifth Edition, the FIA “Adriano Olivetti” Award aims to disseminate good practices concerning innovative pathways for learning and enhancing the value of people and the development of relevant organizations.
To this end, it aims to identify and point out professionals, training institutions, companies, public administrations, groups and individuals who have designed and implemented training and human capital enhancement projects and who have distinguished themselves by the learning and evolutionary results achieved at the individual, team and organizational levels.
AIF Italian Trainers Association with this initiative intends to recognize, publicize and reward those who work well, with passion, improving the well-being and professionalism of people and the competitiveness of organizations.
In this way, it intends to make a contribution to the careers of those in the strictly technical field who are among the architects of improving the well-being and competitiveness of our organizations.
The appointment as a member of the Jury of the Fifth Edition of the AIF Award for Excellence in Education is set for Monday, Oct. 14, at TIM Space in Via Magolfa, 8, Milan.
Donato Cremonesi will be a member of the “Ethics & Social Responsibility” and “Quality & Environment Communication & Fundraising” juries
