Factory Communication CEO Donato Cremonesi was recently the subject of a sparkling interview by Mario Furlan for Radio Lombardia’s morning format.
After a brief and friendly exchange of jokes about the many appellations that are used in Marketing, which are often incomprehensible to those outside the industry, the talk turned to current issues affecting the world of the Web.
First among them was the advent ofAi and Chat Gpt, which marked a memorable change concerning the way the Web was conceived and used.
This development, however, according to Donato Cremonesi, can prove to be a double-edged sword in that, if used judiciously, it can prove to be an excellent tool from which to draw information; on the contrary, it could lead to untruthful dissemination of news and content and to a “depersonalization” of any type of content created automatically through these tools.
Thus, the human variable that gives a sense of uniqueness and is able to convey emotion through content is missing.
Values, emotions, and dreams are aspects that underlie any successful project, and it is here that the interview veers toward the topic of Communities and the opportunity they offer in Marketing as well.
In particular, Donato Cremonesi pauses during the interview to emphasize how crucial it is to give people the opportunity to share and discuss the issues and values they embrace, creating a true community.
Finally, the CEO concludes with a small recommendation that is pregnant with meaning and can really make a difference in the world we live in:
“Everything we put into the universe comes back to us sooner or later. We try to put positive messages so that many positive things can always come back to us” (Donato Cremonesi)
