Customer Retention

Customer Retention defines a company’s ability to retain its customers.

Basically to meet their needs, requests for information or assistance.

Many Companies confuse it with Cross Selling or Up Selling activities. That is, selling more products or services to Customers.

This is wrong.

If we pamper the Customer, we really put him at the center of our Marketing strategy. And only then will the customer be more willing to buy our products or services.

But this is a natural pleasant consequence, not the goal.

Good Customer Retention also makes it possible to build more trust. As a result, our Company will have less difficulty in retaining the end Customer.
