“After 30 years of experience in the pastry world 2 years ago I decided to start with a new project, an important step for my life: opening a chain of franchised pastry shops: thus Falconieri L’Arte Pasticciera was born since 1989.

Falconieri is based on the idea of satisfying the desires of all Customers, offering them the best product at the best price on the market and using only genuine products and recipes handed down for generations.

With this new project also comes the need for a communication strategy.

It was at that time that a Partner and friend introduced me to Donato Cremonesi, CEO of theMarketing and Communication Agency Factory Communication, with whom he had already been collaborating for a few years.

I immediately liked the approach of the young and creative team, attentive to my needs and those of the market.

The investment in communication was, therefore, significant. The first step was to create the new Company’s Naming andLogo, which made the Brand easily recognizable.

The second step saw the creation of our Website and later the opening of Social Channels, which further helped to increase Falconieri’s presence on the web.

Most importantly, thanks to this project thatFactory Communication Marketing and Communication Agency tailored to me and my needs, Falconieri has become a successful and growing franchise!

In fact, 3 new stores were born: Falconieri in Lissone, Falconieri in Vignate and Falconieri in Bellinzago.

I must say that together we have achieved our goals, and I am sure we will continue to grow!”
