INSS Entrepreneur You Are Not Alone, the nonprofit that helps struggling Entrepreneurs by providing training on the right management approach and vertical issues.
In this section of our website, called Spiritual Business, I have published several articles on Ethics, the respect we must have for our Customers, how to realize our dream as an Entrepreneur.
Today I want to talk about a topic that is as dramatic as it is unknown to most people.
Loneliness, which often times, accompanies the Entrepreneur, during their professional and life journey.
INSS was founded in 2018 by Enrico Tosco and Paolo Ruggeri, the latter also co-founder of OSM Open Source Management, a management consulting firm.
Entrepreneur You Are Not Alone: become a partner and support struggling businesses
If your Business is doing well, billing and making money, you have a thousand doors open.
Banks lend you money you don’t need.
Customers and suppliers who adore you and want to spend evenings in your company.
Not to mention the IRS, which waits punctually for your payments.
When you go through a period of extreme hardship, and I went through it, magically the Banks can no longer support you.
Many suppliers crack down.
Some Clients support you others, prefer to move on.
The IRS let’s leave it alone because it would be like shooting on a red cross.
Well, at that particular time of hardship, you should have the utmost support from the institutions.
At least for all the good you’ve done.
Here … at that particular time, you’re really alone.
For this reason, theEntrepreneur Association was born, you are not alone. www.imprenditorenonseisolo.it
As a marketing man, the first thing I look at is the numbers.
And the numbers speak one language, harsh, raw dare I say devastating.
There were as many as 988 economically motivated suicides in Italy during 2012-2018.
Of these, 41.8 percent or about 415 see as victims the Entrepreneur, in the broadest sense of the word, that is, the one who owns a VAT number.

Now this article has a dual purpose:
- Intercept all Entrepreneurs who are going through a difficult time and need support, coaching. If you are going through a difficult time, don’t wait contact the association right away. There is no shame in this. On the contrary, you will find a family of Entrepreneurs ready to help you.
- Raising awareness of “other” Entrepreneurs, those who do not have particular problems at the moment, to make them protagonists of change. Change that takes the name “Entrepreneur You Are Not Alone.” Association of volunteer entrepreneurs and established professionals who help colleagues in need by offering them a FREE entrepreneurial training and counseling program
The entrepreneur today is not protected: we need a concrete response against “state suicides.”
Action must be taken before there are others.
Therefore, when Paul Ruggeri presented the Association, I could not help but join 100%. Not only by making the membership, but by giving my complete willingness and support.
If the state does not intervene, we will.
We at Entrepreneur You Are Not Alone believe that many lives can be saved by intervening BEFORE the situation precipitates, recognizing and treating the symptoms of business crisis before it is too late.
Are you an Entrepreneur? I give you 4 good reasons to sign up and support “Entrepreneur You’re Not Alone,” but I assure you there are many more.
- Ethical Motive, you feel it’s a right thing, you feel you need to help others. Fantastic
- It has happened to me as well. In the past, like yours truly, you or one of your family members have had a moment of serious difficulty. You know what it feels like at that time. Out of solidarity you want to help other Entrepreneurs in difficulty. Fantastic
- Propitiatory. Use the same concept as Life Insurance. I do it so I will never need it. Great
- Prescient and superstitious. What if it should be my turn tomorrow? I help the Association because tomorrow I might need it too. Great.
Each of us has his or her own just reason for helping others. They are all just and personal.
The important thing is that you also decide to help.
You decide not to close your eyes.
Not to put your head in the sand thinking, “It’s not my problem.”
Are you quite sure?
What if tomorrow your top customer, who still owes you a bang of invoices, commits suicide? Doesn’t that become your problem too?
So leave the lingering.
