It may seem like a minor announcement however, if you are in search engine optimization, this news from Google can be extremely important.
The news is fresh… it was confirmed a few days ago.
Let’s start off by saying that Google’s constant goal is to improve the user experience when searching.
The more time users spend on the SERP of Google, the greater the chances that they will click on an advertisement.

We have tried to do some Google searches but have not found specific results yet.
Why can indexing .CSV files help search engine optimization?
Surely this news is not useful for everyone. It depends on the work you do and your search engine SEO ranking goals.
Let’s try to imagine all the Companies that have to deal with price lists, technical documents, working procedures etc…
Or all Trade Associations and all those entities that need to communicate Directories.
What is not clear is whether Google can interpret the contents of our .CSV files.
If so, it would be just crazy because it could index the individual content.
How could all this help us on Google?
Imagine uploading .CSV files of our price lists, membership lists, components of a product… etc.
