The November 21 Work Smarter Event, which took place at Magnapars in Milan, was first of all interesting and informative on a personal level.
I had the opportunity to meet with several Entrepreneurs. Each explained their Vision and the way to achieve their goals.
Very interesting.
Let’s start by saying that it is Teamleader. A company that has designed and built a Web platform that includes in an extremely organic way: CRM, Billing, Time Management.
Three key elements to design, plan and manage every activity related to Corporate development and organization.
Over the past 15 years I have used a lot of CRMs and integrated platforms. Teamleader, because of its ease of use and configuration is definitely the one that performs best.
So I’m happy to be able to bring my experience to other Entrepreneurs, make them perceive the benefits, resulting from using this service.
Because the world has changed it is totally different from just a few years ago.
Marketing, Communication and Social Media strategy are not options. They are imperatives to ensure continued Business and Market growth for our Companies.
To this concept I consider it essential to add three additional key points: Ethics, Differentiation, Focus.
Now let us add one last fundamental concept concerning mathematics and numbers: Everything is governed by mathematics and numbers.
If we do not have statistical data we cannot plan. If we cannot plan we cannot strategize, and if we cannot strategize we are doomed to succumb.
Only those who have accurate, clear, correct and reliable statistical data can win in the market.
They may decide to change their strategy, differentiate themselves from competitors, and through focus, create new market niches where they will be recognized as Leaders.
I always say, “If you are not willing to change, the market will change your Company, but not the way you want!”
For all these reasons, it is essential to use STRATEGIC services such as Teamleader.
Nothing is left to chance, but most importantly you have total control over information, data and business workflow.
I say this because I firmly and deeply believe in it, as mentioned, I have used so many CRMs in the last 15 years.

I only accept a new Project if I understand that I can give 110% otherwise I do not consider it Ethical to put myself out there.
