About Us

Business can be an act of love.

This is the opening sentence of our Manifesto, and it is the criterion we use at Factory Communication to select projects.

That’s where everything else stems from: the way we work, the people we choose to work with, and the reason why we sometimes advise an entrepreneur to slow down instead of investing right away.

Where Our Approach to Work Comes From

The way a company operates stems from the way its leaders think. It’s worth hearing it in their own words.

I have only one belief and follow only one law: what I put out into the universe is what comes back to me.
That is why I always strive to make the best decision, with a win-win approach, for the community, people, employees, partners, and customers.

Customers are intentionally last on the list: consistency with everything that comes before is what allows me to promise them the same consistency.

I came to see things this way through inspiration, meeting people along the way who have peace in their hearts and who shared some of that peace with me.

Buddhist thought has given me the words to recognize it.

Donato Cremonesi, CEO and founder

This law serves as a method in three ways.

  1. We choose projects that create value for all stakeholders.
  2. Let’s be honest about what we think, even when honesty calls for us to slow down or postpone an investment.
  3. We build relationships designed to last for years, because a decision made today has repercussions that extend far into the past.

Our mission statement

We help entrepreneurs and companies decide where to go, and then build what they need to get there: strategy, brand identity, content, and technology.

We handle the design and production ourselves, and we offer custom solutions with a deliberately small team, because strategic thinking is best maintained on a small scale.

We went through print media, television, billboards, and direct mail before search engines and AI engines came along.
It’s the same line of work, just with different tools, and that’s the criterion we use to decide where to invest your budget.

If you’d like to see how we proceed, step by step, you can find our method on the dedicated page.

Artificial intelligence is part of our daily work, and we implement it according to a specific principle: when we automate a workflow, the goal is to free up time for people.

Those hours are reflected in one’s thinking, in relationships with customers, and—if the entrepreneur chooses—in life outside the office.

Our vision

We want business ethics to become an operational standard rather than just a statement: something that is evident in the choices we make, in our timing, and in the way we speak to customers and suppliers.

We believe that the companies best positioned for growth are those that use technology to expand people’s possibilities. That’s the kind of company we enjoy working with, and that’s the kind of company we want to be.

The part of our work that remains free

There is a part of what we do that is priceless. We provide strategy, branding, video, and content to organizations, communities, and social causes.

It began as an event for the Marco Simoncelli Foundation—which was operating under a different name at the time—and has since become a regular part of our work.
