Home » How we use AI
The texts on this site come from the ideas, experiences, and perspectives of the people at Factory Communication.
We use artificial intelligence as a working tool to write them, and every text is reviewed by a person who takes responsibility for it.
This page describes how the process works, ensuring you always know who is behind the content you read.
The ideas, insights, positions, and structure of every piece of content are ours.
They originate from the projects we’ve worked on, from our work with clients, and from internal discussion: AI receives them as guidelines and develops them further.
Before publication, every text is read, corrected, and approved by a person: Donato Cremonesi, CEO and founder, or the colleague most knowledgeable on the topic.
The approver has the power to modify or reject the text and assumes editorial responsibility for it.
We use AI in three activities:
SEO and GEO auditing is carried out through JABE, an analytics platform developed in-house.
JABE cross-references data from Semrush, AnswerThePublic, and Google Search Console with the site’s sitemaps, ensuring that each search query has only one corresponding reference page.
It shows us what questions people are asking search engines and AI assistants. The content remains our choice: the data just helps us make it well.
For copy, we use a single tool: Claude, developed by Anthropic. We update this page whenever the tool changes.

AI tools process work-related content: instructions, drafts, and public sources.
Personal and sensitive data remain excluded, regardless of their source.
A company declares its use of AI with a public page describing the editorial process: which tools it uses, for which tasks, which data stays excluded, and who approves each piece of content.
Human review and a person taking on editorial responsibility are the conditions that the AI Act recognizes as a safeguard for published content.
As of August 2, 2026, Article 50 of the AI Act, the European regulation on artificial intelligence, requires transparency for certain AI-generated texts.
The regulation recognizes human oversight and a person who assumes editorial responsibility as a guarantee: this is the process described on this page. We publish it because transparency is a form of respect toward our readers.
