Services to Help Your Business Grow

Everything your business needs to be found, chosen, and make sales

Marketing services for a company almost always come in a haphazard order: first the website, then social media, and then someone says SEO is needed.

Each piece stands on its own, and the response remains difficult to interpret.

Here you’ll find a list of all the skills we offer—from web development to artificial intelligence—along with details on what each one entails and how they are measured.

If, on the other hand, your question concerns the direction to take—even before considering the tools—then the strategic consulting process begins there.

It's the order that matters, more than the number of things we do

Digital skills build on one another.

  • Search engine optimization drives visitors to a website that must be able to welcome them;
  • Campaigns amplify pages that already need to be persuasive;
  • Content finds readers where there is already a demand for it.

What’s most often missing is direction. The website is redesigned when traffic has yet to be built up; the campaign drives visitors to pages that aren’t very compelling; and content is published before anyone is even looking for it.

Each intervention is correct in and of itself, yet premature in relation to the one that precedes it: it is the coordination among the various areas of expertise that determines the timing of each one.

Tidying up what already exists costs less than adding a new skill, and it is almost always the first step that produces a measurable result.

Where are you starting from?

Work changes based on what already exists.
These are the three situations that serve as the starting point for the projects we are working on.

  • Building from scratch — a new business, a new product line, a new market.
You start with the technical foundation and the brand identity, and visibility follows shortly after, once there’s already a place for people to land.
  • Getting things back in order — the website, social media, and campaigns have been around for a while, and each has been operating on its own.
Start by assessing what’s working today, then take action based on priority rather than urgency.
  • Add a skill — the in-house team handles most of the work and is looking for expertise in a specific area. Start by defining the scope, with training and supervision as needed.

The starting point becomes clear right from the first interview, and everything else follows from there.

The FARO Method by Factory

The four phases remain the same for every competency: this is what makes it possible to compare results from very different areas using the same standard.
Each phase of the FARO method provides the company with a document that remains in its possession even after the project is completed.

1

Focus

Analysis of the starting point: what already exists, what it offers, and where the market leaves room for growth.
In the end, you’ll have a written list of the skills you really need and the order in which it’s best to develop them

2

Architecting

The implementation plan: which skills are needed right away, which ones later, the timeline, and the metrics.
This is also where we decide what your team will handle and what you’ll entrust to us.

3

Create

Specialists in each field work within the same framework, with a single project manager and review meetings scheduled at the outset rather than when the first problem arises.

4

Optimize and Amplify

Monthly review of the figures for all skills combined: we strengthen what’s working well, correct what’s not working as well, and move on to the next skill when the conditions are right.

What marketing services does a company need to grow?

There are eight areas, which can be implemented individually or together: web development, search engine optimization, artificial intelligence applied to business processes, branding, social media, collaborations with creators, advertising campaigns, marketing, and communication.

The order depends on the starting point: a business without a website starts with the web, while one with a solid website starts with visibility.

01

Marketing and Communication

Strategy, positioning, content, email, and press relations: the work that ties everything else together and sets the agenda.

02

AI Services

Artificial intelligence applied to internal workflows and content, to free up people’s time so they can devote it to higher-value activities.

03

SEO Services

Getting found on search engines and appearing in conversational assistant responses: audits, content, technical structure, authority.

04

Branding

Name, logo, voice, and materials: what makes a company recognizable even before you read it.

05

Social Media

Consistent presence and community engagement on the channels where your audience actually spends their time.

06

Influencers and creators

Collaborations with creators and user-generated content, selected based on relevance to the audience rather than the number of followers.

07

Advertising campaigns

Paid campaigns on search engines and social media: planning, creativity, budget management, and analyzing results.

08

Web Development

Websites, e-commerce, accessibility, hosting, and support: the technical foundation that underpins content and campaigns.

Where is the best place to start when action is needed on multiple fronts?

It makes sense to start with what comes at the end of the customer journey and work your way back: first, where the customer ends up—whether it’s a website or an e-commerce platform; then, the ability to be found; and finally, the activities that generate demand.

Taking the opposite approach leads visitors to a destination that is still not very compelling.

What Factors Determine the Investment?

This is the first question almost every entrepreneur asks, and we address it using criteria rather than formulas. Four elements determine its scope.

  1. How many skills are involved and to what extent: activating just one or coordinating five are projects of a different order.
  2. How much work remains for your team: where in-house expertise is available, our role shifts to providing guidance and oversight.
  3. Where to start: Those with a recent technical foundation and data that’s already organized are further along than those who have to rebuild from the ground up.
  4. How long? If it’s less than six months, there isn’t enough data to make an informed course correction.

During our first meeting, we’ll work together to outline these four elements, and this will help us establish a realistic minimum investment threshold for the result you have in mind, along with a timeframe for when you can expect to see the first signs of progress.

Technology That Gives People Back Their Time

Artificial intelligence is being integrated into our projects with a clear goal: to take on repetitive tasks, so that people’s time can be devoted to areas that require judgment, interpersonal skills, and creativity.

That is why every automation we implement is documented and easy to understand for those who will use it on a daily basis, and the expertise remains within the company.

The industries in which we operate

The method remains the same; what changes are the language, the distribution channels, and the seasonal patterns.

Food & Beverage

When a product is evaluated by tasting it, digital technology serves to guide people through the tasting experience.

Tourism & Hospitality

Short seasons and direct bookings: The plan is based on the calendar even more than on the channels.

Fashion & Luxury

A brand’s image is just as important as the product itself, and every touchpoint helps shape it.

Finance & Legal

Trust is built on demonstrated competence, within the ethical boundaries of each profession.

Frequently asked questions

Which skill should you start with?

Depending on where the company stands. Those who need to build an online presence start with the technical foundation and organic visibility; those who already have a solid website start with activities that generate demand. During the first meeting, we map out the appropriate sequence, while also indicating what should be postponed.

Services address what is done, what deliverables are produced, and how long it takes. Strategic consulting addresses what should be done, in what order, and how to measure it. Many projects use both, at different stages of the process.

Yes, and it happens often. Some companies outsource only one area and keep the rest in-house; others develop a plan that covers several areas. In both cases, the method and metrics remain the same, so the results can be compared over time.

A single project manager who coordinates the specialists and serves as the company’s point of contact. Reviews are scheduled at the outset, so discussions take place on set dates rather than when a problem arises.

With metrics selected before launch and reviewed every thirty days: qualified leads and cost per lead for the sales side, and rankings and mentions in chatbots for the visibility side. Each area of expertise contributes its own metrics to a single report.

The analyses, the plan, the materials produced, and the process documentation. These are the same documents we use in our work, so the company can continue with its in-house team or with another partner without having to start from scratch.

Let’s discuss where the company stands now and where it wants to be within twelve months; let’s take a look together at its current online presence; and let’s come up with a list of priorities, a minimum investment threshold, and a timeframe for when to expect the first results.

We need a point person who is familiar with the company and can make decisions, dedicating a few hours a month to reviews and approvals. Where a marketing department already exists, this role works alongside it; where there isn’t one, our project manager takes on the coordination.

Let's talk about your project

An hour-long consultation is usually enough to determine what skills your business really needs, in what order, and how quickly they will pay off. The consultation is free and comes with no obligation.
