Factory Communication is the operating structure that activates influencer campaigns, UGC, talent agency and strategic creators for Italian companies and SMEs.
Four execution perimeters, one methodology: the Factory Strategy Systemâ„¢. AI-driven selection, customized briefings, integrated dashboards, measurable ROI.
The question is not rhetorical. Influencer marketing is one of the most crowded and least methodologically manned markets in Italian digital marketing.
Dozens of agencies activate campaigns every month, yet few can clearly explain how they select creators, how they measure results, and how they integrate the campaign into the rest of the company’s marketing strategy.
On this page you will find how we at Factory Communication actually work: the four services we deliver, the method that holds them together, and the measurable results we produce for our clients. Without narrative filters.
Read all the way through-you will eventually know exactly what to expect from a collaboration with us.
Operational execution in influencer marketing is fragmented into four distinct worlds: campaigns with influencers and creators, user-generated content (UGC), talent management and contracting, and development of proprietary creators and brand ambassadors.
Each vendor presides over one or two of these worlds.
The SME entrepreneur thus finds himself coordinating three different agencies to activate a single integrated strategy: one for micro-influencer campaigns, one for UGC content, and one for contracted talent management.
Result: misaligned messages, non-comparable KPIs, costs rising without a traceable why, decisions postponed because no one has the full picture.
In Factory Communication we have built an operational structure that integrates all four perimeters under one methodology.
One interlocutor, one dashboard, one set of KPIs that can be compared over time.
Each of the four services is a self-contained specialization with dedicated perimeter, deliverables, and operational timelines.
All are activated within the Factory Strategy Systemâ„¢, which ensures methodological consistency even when a company decides to integrate two or more services into a single strategy.
Strategic campaigns with micro-influencers and vertical creators for Italian companies and SMEs. From brief to measurable ROI: AI-driven selection of creators consistent with brand and industry, customized briefings, end-to-end operational management, integrated dashboards for real-time monitoring.
Authentic customer-generated content integrated into corporate marketing with compliance and privacy managed from the first step.
Native repurposing on SEO, paid media and email. Structural impact sectors: Food & Beverage, Fashion & Luxury, Tourism & Hospitality. Dedicated compliance for Finance & Legal.
Management, development and contracting of emerging and professional creators. A network of authentic voices ready to be activated in FC and its clients’ projects.
Double look: what Talent Agency offers to brands seeking reliable creators and what it offers to creators themselves in professional growth.
Identification and development of brand creators and ambassadors. Building authoritative voices over time, not one-time endorsements.
The service differs from classic influencer marketing: here the creator becomes an integral part of the brand voice, with a multi-year development plan.
The Factory Strategy Systemâ„¢ is Factory Communication’s proprietary methodological framework.
It runs through all our consulting and operational services, ensuring that each activation is consistent with the client’s overall strategy.
The four stages of the FSS applied to the operation of our influencer services:
Audit of active creators on the brand, competitor benchmarks, positioning analysis.
Defining measurable goals, choosing services to activate, operational briefs.
Campaign execution with selected AI-driven creators, UGC production, talent management.
ROI measurement, reporting dashboards, content repurposing on SEO and paid.
The FSS is cyclical: each campaign produces data that feed into the audit of the next.
For those who want to understand in depth how we think before we talk about execution, we have devoted an entire page to the consulting side of our work.

Not every project needs all four services. On the contrary: most companies start with a single operational perimeter, consolidate it, and only then integrate the others.
The matrix below helps to recognize which service to activate based on the priority business objective.
It is a starting point: in an initial discovery call we refine the choice based on the specifics of your industry and buyer.
| IF YOUR GOAL IS TO… | ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE |
|---|---|
| Increase brand awareness among new audiences quickly and extensively | Influencer marketing – campaigns with vertical micro-influencers |
| Turn satisfied customers into the voice of the brand, with credible content and low unit cost | UGC Marketing – managing authentic customer content |
| Having a network of creators ready to activate on briefs within days | Talent Agency – proprietary network managed by FC |
| Building an authoritative voice over time: ambassadors, brand spokespersons or internal brand creators | Creators and Influencers – multi-year proprietary creator development |
In many cases, the best project integrates two or more services (e.g., Influencer + UGC for a product launch campaign, or Talent Agency + Creator and Influencer to build a network of stable ambassadors).
The discovery call is to understand this.
Three clients, three different sectors, three services of our operational structure activated on specific brief. No long narrative: client, service, key KPIs. For those who want to delve deeper into each case, dedicated pages are available on our website.
Service activated: Creator and Influencer – development ambassador Luigi Contessi
Measurable outcome: 3,000,000 cumulative views on the ambassador content
Activated service: Influencer Marketing – local micro-influencer campaigns
Measurable outcome: Increased traffic in 38 restaurants monitored during the campaign period
Service activated: Creator and Influencer – development ambassador Luigi Contessi
Measurable outcome: 3,000,000 cumulative views on the ambassador content
It depends on the scale of activation. A campaign with 3-5 local micro-influencers is operational in 2-3 weeks from the signed brief: creator selection (5-7 days), briefing and production (7-10 days), publication and monitoring. A national multi-creator campaign requires 4-6 weeks to ensure selection, production and consistent editorial calendar. Integrated campaigns (Influencer + UGC + Talent) activate in 6-8 weeks with in-depth Analyze and Strategize phase.
Influencer Marketing produces planned content with selected and contracted creators: brief, format, coordinated publication on their channels. UGC Marketing collects and enhances spontaneous content generated by the brand’s real customers, with compliance and usage rights managed upstream. Deliverable Influencer: content published on creator channels + reporting. Deliverable UGC: library of authentic content that can be used by the brand on SEO, paid, email, site. They are complementary, rarely alternative.
We work only on comparable and measurable KPIs over time, shared in the Strategize phase of the Factory Strategy Systemâ„¢. Depending on the objective: for awareness campaigns we measure qualified reach and engagement rate by audience cluster; for drive-to-store campaigns in-store traffic with trackable codes; for drive-to-event actual vs. registered attendance; for product launch e-commerce conversions with dedicated UTMs. Each client receives an integrated FC dashboard with KPIs defined at brief, updated in real time during the campaign.
The four services are self-contained: you can activate only Influencer Marketing, only UGC Marketing, only Talent Agency, only Creator and Influencer service. Most of our clients start with a single service, consolidate it in the first 3-6 months, and then integrate the others when it makes strategic sense. The matrix in the previous module helps you identify the starting point most consistent with your current goals.
